This page sets out exactly what a player pays for on Rust Arena and how much it costs. The Project sells digital goods for its own game servers only.
All settlements are made in Russian roubles. The final amount is always shown on the product card and on the payment page before the payment is confirmed.
1. Account balance in rubles
- What it is: Your shop balance is kept in Russian roubles (RUB). All digital goods are priced in rubles.
- How to get it: Funds are credited to your account balance after payment. The balance is tied to your Steam account and is shown in the Profile section.
- Restrictions: The balance is not electronic money or a payment instrument, cannot be exchanged back into funds, and cannot be transferred to another player.
2. Balance top-up tariffs
You can top up your balance with any amount within the limits shown in the top-up form. One-click packages are available:

The Project charges no fee of its own for top-ups: the amount debited equals the amount credited. If the payment system applies a fee, its amount is displayed on the payment page before the payment is confirmed.
3. Shop item prices
The shop offers four types of digital goods. The exact price of a specific position is always shown on its card before the order is placed.

Discounts of up to 50% apply to selected positions. The discount amount and the final price are shown on the product card. Prices may differ depending on the selected game server.
4. Payment and crediting procedure
- Step 1. Sign in to the website through Steam.
- Step 2. Open the Profile section and top up your balance with the required amount.
- Step 3. Complete the payment on the payment provider’s secure page. The Project neither receives nor stores your card details.
- Step 4. Funds are credited to your balance automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- Step 5. Choose a product in the shop and pay for it from your balance — the product is delivered in-game automatically.
If funds have been debited but your balance has not been topped up within 30 minutes, contact support and include the payment reference.
5. Refunds
Full conditions are set out in the “Payment for Digital Goods and Refunds” section of the Terms of Service. In short:
- A refund is issued if a paid product was not delivered due to a technical fault on the Project’s side, or if the balance was not credited after funds were debited.
- The request must be submitted to support within 24 hours of payment.
- Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment.
